First Female CEO of Realogy’s Franchise Group

Real estate giant, Realogy’s franchise business, has named a new CEO. The hyper-qualified Susan Yannaccone will be the first female CEO in the group’s history. She has extensive experience within the industry and the company. During her career at Realogy, beginning in 2015, she has acted as the COO and later, CEO of ERA,  and then became the regional executive vice president of the Eastern and Midwest regions of Coldwell Banker. Prior to her work with Realogy, Sue clocked 15 years of franchise work with both commercial and residential real estate. “‘In the new role, Yannaccone will oversee franchise operations of Better Homes and Gardens Real EstateCentury 21 and ERA, as well as the franchise and company-owned operations of Sotheby’s International Realty and Corcoran. She will report directly to Realogy CEO and President Ryan Schneider.

“Sue is an exceptional leader who brings deep expertise running both franchise and brokerage businesses at Realogy and within the industry over the past 20 years,” Schneider said, in a statement. “I am incredibly excited to work with Sue and our brand leaders to further grow our powerful brands for our franchise owners and affiliated agents.'”
