First Time Property Investments – Our 4 Tips

First Time Property Investments – Our 4 Tips

Among the dynamic conversations held at the Inman Connect NYC 2020 was one about guiding clients through first time investment properties.

At a time when there are no signs of home values decreasing, many are rightfully interested in becoming new property investors. People are considering this as a great moment to jump in and capitalize. This is an exciting road, yet one better traveled when you are well-informed. Speaking on the panel for this topic allowed me to contribute important key points on the process.

At the conference panel, “Keeping Up With The Rise of The Short-Term Rental,” I had the pleasure of participating in the discussion on how to lead clients through this process. Together we expanded on four specific ways to do this in successfully. They are to 1) start talking, 2) learn the market and the numbers, 3) learn the law, and 4) consider branching out.

We love the explicative article written by Veronika Bondarenko, 4 Tips for guiding clients through their first time investment property, which explains our 4 vital tips.

We are more than happy to share these tips with you!
