It sits on the former site of the luxury resort called “Warm Springs Hotel” completed in 1870. The original buildings burned and in the early 1970s construction began on Brockway Springs. This lakefront complex sits on 20+ acres, boasts a ½ mile of private shoreline and includes condos, as well as the seven-story condo building known as the “tower”.
Recently, the Brockway Spring Property Owner Association spent over $6 million on upgrades. This included exterior siding and new roofs as well as updates to the tower common areas.
